My stay at the Wind Horse Hotel was a truly great experience. The convenience of its walkable distance to Darjeeling Mall cannot be overstated, making it easy to explore the heart of the town. Beyond the prime location, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service. Rahul Jana, the hotel manager, along with all the staff, were incredibly helpful and displayed genuine warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. I stayed in this hotel from 27th. June to 1st. July 2025.This is one of the best budget hotels near Darjeeling Mall. The room and the bathroom were neat and clean.All the staff are very much cordial and cooperative. Nitesh and the cook-boy are always serving the guests with smiling face. The Manager Mr.Rahul is a very nice person who talks less but acts much. He helped me much and arranged cab for me at a reasonable rate. The driver Mr. Gurung is also a very good man.The hotel restaurant offers mouth watering dishes.I must recommend this hotel.

Hotel rooms are moderate especially non view rooms that are very poor. Special and view rooms are no doubt good. But i want to highlight that this hotel is not near or very near of mall road. Rather it's really far from the mall. Actually the road is called mall road but the place name mall is really far from the hotel. So if you don't have any issue with the distance then only go ahead with this hotel. Otherwise the food quality and taste is very good.

Rooms and their service were very nice. It was located near the mall but the only thing that bothered was the distance from car taking across the mall was a bit far. The manager named Rahul is literally an honest and good person. But linkage hotels will loose customers...

It was a Fantastic Experince at Hotel Wind Horse . I stayed there 7 days with my family and our experience was wonderful & very comfortable. Room and washroom are clean and well maintained.Water supply and Geyser for hot water facility is available 24 hrs no problem at all.Room service is also very nice. The view from the room is mind blowing. Special thanks to Rahul the manager/ in- charge at reception a very humble and Fantastic person. Always there to help you. I would Specially like to mention this that it was for Rahul's hospitality that made our 7days stay in this hotel at Darjeeling very comfortable. He also takes care of the visitors in every possible way.He also helps visitors in arranging rent cars for sightseeing. All other staffs are also well behaved and welcome every visitors very politely with smiling face. At last I would Say,It was really a wonderful Experience and will like to visit again and again.
